Wheeler, Ring, Dolan & Dupuis provides accounting, tax preparation and bookkeeping services for a wide range of clients, from medical and dental practices, to restaurants, construction companies, non-profits, families and individuals. The firm's partners are dedicated to providing superior services by building relationships with clients to learn their needs and counsel them on the right strategies that meet those needs. When a client needs advice, they get it from a seasoned professional with at least 20 years in accounting and finance.

David "Doc" Wheeler is responsible for preparing federal and state tax returns, audits, reviews and compilations for business clients, including non-profits under governmental audit requirements of A-133. He also assists in the management of the firm's accounting and support staffs.

Wheeler has more than 23 years of experience in accounting and auditing. His career began in 1985 as town accountant of Goffstown, N.H. He prepared town accounting records for audit by an outside certified public accounting firm, and was also responsible for various daily accounting operations. He held staff accounting positions at local CPA firms from 1986 to 1994, when he opened an independent CPA firm specializing in federal and state tax returns, reviews and compilations. In 1994, he co-founded Wheeler, Ring & Dolan, P.C., with Mark Ring and John Dolan.

Wheeler earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Southern New Hampshire University in Manchester in 1985. He is certified as a public accountant and licensed in New Hampshire. He is head boy's basketball coach at Central High School in Manchester. The team has advanced to the state semifinals in seven of the past eight years, and taken home three state championships during that period. Wheeler's program has a winning percentage of more than 85 percent, and has produced several scholarship players at division I, II and III colleges and universities.

John S. Dolan, C.P.A.

John Dolan is responsible for overseeing the firm's operations; preparing federal and state tax returns; and preparing audits, reviews and compilations for business clients including non-profits under governmental audit requirements of A-133.

Dolan has 20 years of accounting and tax preparation experience, starting in 1989 at a Manchester CPA firm. In 1993 he joined the Concord firm Brad Borbridge, P.A., preparing tax returns and managing audits, reviews and compilations for business clients. He co-founded Wheeler, Ring & Dolan with Doc Wheeler and Mark Ring in 1994.

He earned a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Southern New Hampshire University in Manchester in 1988. He is certified as a public accountant and licensed in New Hampshire.

Euclid A. Dupuis, C.P.A.

Euclid "Uke" Dupuis is responsible for preparing federal and state income tax returns. He has more than 40 years of accounting experience with manufacturing companies and as the owner of his own practice from 1973 until 2009. He merged his firm with Wheeler, Ring & Dolan that year to form Wheeler, Ring, Dolan & Dupuis.

Dupuis holds a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Southern New Hampshire University in Manchester and a master's degree in taxation from Bentley College in Waltham, Mass. He has taught accounting and taxation in the graduate business program at Southern New Hampshire University and its predecessor, New Hampshire College, for 25 years. He is a member of the New Hampshire Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Mark S. Ring, C.P.A.

Mark Ring is responsible for preparing federal and state tax returns; audits and preparation of Medicare cost reports for healthcare clients; and audits, reviews, and compilations for business clients, including non-profits under audit requirements of A-133.

Ring has 28 years of accounting and finance experience, which begain in 1981 as a Medicare auditor at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of New Hampshire. He audited home health agencies, rising to the position of senior audit. In 1985 he took an auditing position at Jan Westervelt, CPA, P.C., in Barre, Vermont. He was responsible for auditing and preparing Medicare/Medicaid cost reports for home health agencies, and yellow book and A-133 audits of federal grant recipients. At the same time, he managed software development and sales at Westervelt sister corporation Homecare Software, Inc., based in Manchester.

From 1987 to 1993 he held an accountant/manager position at a Manchester CPA firm before joining Concord-based Brad Borbridge, P.A., C.P.A., in 1993. In 1994, he co-founded Wheeler, Ring & Dolan with Doc Wheeler and John Dolan. Ring earned a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Southern New Hampshire University in 1981. He is certified as a public accountant and licensed in New Hampshire and Florida.
